What are the bet statuses on Orbit Exchange?

On Orbit Exchange and any other betting exchange for every back bet there needs to be the opposing lay bet at the agreed odds and together to form a matched bet.

There are three bet statuses when trying to find a match for a bet on Orbit Exchange

Matched: The bet has been fully matched by another bettor

Partially: Matched: Some of the bet, not all of it, has been matched by another bettor.

Unmatched: The bet has not yet been matched by any bettor.

Other bet statuses on Orbit Exchange are

Canceled: The bet has been cancelled willingly by the bettor that placed it.

Void: The bet has been voided, usually due to the event being cancelled or postponed. Another reason the exchange could void a bet is due to suspicious betting activity.

Settled: The bet has been settled and the result has been confirmed.

Betting carries a risk level and there is always a chance bets being voided by Orbit Exchange due to various reasons. This decision has nothing to do with Brokerstorm and it lies solely at Orbit Exchange’s discretion. Brokerstorm can only provide assistance for technical issues regarding the placed bets.

For anything regarding the status of your bets, please contact us through our communication channels (live chat, email, contact form, Skype, Telegram, Messenger) and we will be more than happy to assist you further.
