In order to enhance the security of their Orbit Exchange account, the players need to set up the Two-Factor Authenticator (2FA) feature, following the steps below:

 

Download an Authentication app onto your device, such as Google or Microsoft Authenticator.

Login to your Orbit Exchange account using your username and password

Click on the green Settings button that is on the upper right corner of your screen next to the GMT button.

The page will lead to the Change Password tab. Click on the 2 Factor Authantication tab, next to the Change Password tab.

Scan the code given or Copy it and use it to add a new account to your Authentication app.

Submit the verification code from the authentication app.

Add a new connection on your mobile app, scan the code as instructed by the app, or insert the text displayed on the 2FA screen manually.

The account should be linked and the authentication app will provide a 6-digit code. Insert this code to complete the process.

The 2FA feature is enabled and by clicking on the Back to Exchange button you can return to the homepage.

Log out and log in anew to start using the 2FA option.
